My plant journey

14th February 2017 was my first class for BSM4503. Not really thrilled at first because its a plant subject. Never really a fan of plant subject but I kept reminding myself to keep an open mind. Who knows I might change my mind at the end of the semester. I was given a mini project by Dr Parames. Had to chose a plant and plant it right from the seed. Mira chose to plant ladies finger. I was okay with it because I have no idea which plant is the best plant to grow in a limited time span. Our first plant died after 3 weeks. Definitely not a good sign. I decided to give it a try again. So we re-planting ladies fingers again. For the second time. Our second plant grew beautifully. I still remember the joy when the plant develop its second leaves. I decided to name our plant, Jo. Simply because it is short and easy to remember.  Mira and I, we took turns to water Jo and making sure it gets just enough sunlight and nutrients to grow. But one day, a big storm came during the weekend...
